Is the free plan really free?
Yes - no card, no time limit. It covers the job most businesses need first: getting reviews answered on Google and one other review site. Upgrade when you want Burnback running the rest.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months up front and save 30%. Essentials works out at £21 a month (£252 a year) and Unlimited at £70 a month (£840 a year).
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply from your next billing date, and nothing you’ve built - your brand memory, history or reports - is lost.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You choose: add a card to keep your paid plan, or do nothing and drop back to Free. We’ll remind you three days before, and you’ll never be charged without saying yes.
What does “Unlimited” mean?
No monthly caps on channels, replies or posts for a single business, under a fair-use policy designed to stop abuse - not to catch out normal busy weeks.
